This unique report explores how family businesses approach innovation, to ensure that their organisation remains competitive, strong and forward thinking for years to come. To this end, our research amongst 113 UK family businesses explored (amongst other things) the financial commitment, business and family culture and management structures used by privately owned UK businesses to drive innovation.
We were then able to identify the correlations and relationships between these factors and the new products and revenues these businesses were able to bring to fruition.
